Programmes Overview
Overview
IcFEM Mission implements Christ-centred programmes and projects that promote holistic community transformation. Guided by a Biblical worldview, we work alongside communities to restore dignity, build resilience, and enable sustainable well-being—especially for the most vulnerable.
Approach
Our programmes are grounded in a Christ-centred theory of change that recognizes every person as created in God’s image. We believe lasting transformation happens when communities lead their own development, build on their God-given strengths, and are supported through partnerships rooted in shared values.
Programmes
We implement integrated programmes addressing:
• Health & Well-being
• Education access and youth mentorship
• Livelihoods and economic empowerment
• Environmental stewardship and climate action
• Inclusion of persons with disabilities, the elderly, women, and youth
Impact
Our work contributes to improved health, dignity, livelihoods, environmental care, and spiritually and socially transformed communities anchored in Christ.
Partnerships
We collaborate with communities, churches, government institutions, and development partners to scale sustainable, community-owned solutions.
