IcFEM MISSION
Christ Centred Community Empowering Transformation
Welcome to IcFEM Mission
Interchristian Fellowships’ Evangelical Mission (IcFEM Mission) is a faith-based indigenous Christian mission movement committed to accelerating holistic community transformation through compassionate service, spiritual empowerment, healthcare, education, economic empowerment, and community development across Western Kenya and beyond.
Founded on the belief that true transformation touches every aspect of human life, IcFEM works closely with communities to restore hope, dignity, opportunity, and sustainable growth through the guiding principle of “God with People & Development.” What began as a grassroots missionary movement in Bungoma County has continued to grow into a dynamic mission organization impacting thousands of lives through healthcare services, education programmes, disability support, spiritual mentorship, community outreach, economic empowerment initiatives, and humanitarian care.
Through its community-based structures, partnerships, institutions, and mission programmes, IcFEM seeks to nurture healthy, empowered, self-reliant, and spiritually grounded communities where individuals and families can thrive with dignity and purpose.
Today, IcFEM Mission’s work extends across multiple counties in Western Kenya through:
- Healthcare and Medical Services
- Education and Skills Development
- Community Empowerment Programmes
- Disability Inclusion and Rehabilitation
- Evangelism and Discipleship
- Child and Youth Support Programmes
- Economic Empowerment Initiatives
- Relief, Mercy, and Justice Ministries
- Leadership Development and Mentorship
- Support for Vulnerable Families and Communities
At the heart of IcFEM Mission is a deep commitment to serving God by serving people through excellence, integrity, compassion, and transformational community development.
Conclusion
IcFEM Mission remains open to welcome all individuals, families, churches, organizations, and partners who are willing to join hands in this noble work of transforming communities and restoring hope to vulnerable lives.
As a mission, we believe that God has called us to serve humanity by helping release people from oppression, hopelessness, suffering, and desperation through compassionate service, faith, community empowerment, and holistic transformation. Every programme, institution, outreach, and partnership is part of a greater vision of building healthier, empowered, and God-centred communities.
We encourage you to prayerfully listen to God’s calling and consider becoming part of this journey. You may be the very person whom God is preparing to support, strengthen, pray for, volunteer with, or partner in this mission work that continues to impact thousands of lives across communities.
The founders of IcFEM Mission, Mr. Solomon Nabie – Founding Director General, and Mrs. Ruth Nabie – Deputy Director, Mission Institutions, remain deeply grateful to all friends, supporters, partners, and well-wishers who continue to stand with the mission in service to God and humanity.
May the Lord richly bless and remember every act of kindness, generosity, prayer, and support offered through this work.
